We understand that looking at the space behind your property or growing out of the existing garage, we all want a smart looking building to operate the tools (could be a laptop or a spanner!) Here at TotalSpan we provide domestic garage and office kit buildings that can be installed by you with a full set of installation instructions and general arrangement drawings or we have other installation options available country-wide.
The buildings we provide are cold rolled steel frames that are bolted into the concrete to create a secure fixing. We then offer cladding for the sides and roof (insulated or non-insulated) and 10%-20% roof lighting panels. Our software takes full account of wind and snow load factors applicable to site location and elevation when we are planning the building also.
We can achieve 3m-20m clear spans before a new stanchion would need to land and a maximum eaves height of 6m approx. this allows us to provide affordable and competitive prices when comparing our building to other styles of building such as hot rolled column buildings, whilst retaining excellent quality.
You then have the option to make it suit you perfectly. You can choose combinations of windows, personnel doors, roller shutters and insulation or single-skin cladding options.
