Here at TotalSpan, we have more than 20 years’ experience working in our field and all our metal buildings comply with UK Part L2 building regulations for energy efficiency, as well as all relevant fire rating requirements, ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.

 

We pride ourselves on delivering our clients full turnkey solutions for all their projects, with a bespoke design service available so you know you’ll be able to find a structure that’s exactly what you need, with up to 120mm steel wall cladding available.

 

Our structures come in an easy-to-assemble kit so you can put them together yourself with no trouble at all, but we also offer a full installation service if this is something you require, where our team visits the site to build the structure on your behalf.

 

Our steel buildings have been designed for both short and long-term use, with the steel available in different gauges depending on what sort of insulation you need. Once we’ve ascertained that your desired location is suitable for installation, with firm foundations in place, work on the concrete pad can then begin.

 

The advantages of steel clad buildings

 

Stainless steel cladding is an excellent building material, as it’s durable, easy to maintain and look after, and highly resistant to corrosion, not to mention the fact that it’s visually pleasing to look at and will blend in well with its surroundings.

Once it’s reached the end of its life cycle, you can easily have it collected and recycled for use elsewhere, helping you to operate more sustainably and reduce your impact on the environment.
